Step 2:
Once the “New Patient Questionnaire” has been reviewed, we will send you a more detailed questionnaire to complete if we feel we can be helpful for your needs.
Once all sections are complete, Dr. Michael will review to ensure that we’re a good fit for you and will send an scheduling link for your first visit.
Step 3:
Schedule your first 90-minute consultation with Dr. Michael Arthur.
We’ll dive deep into your healthy story at that time and determine the best labs to get in order to find the underlying causes for your symptoms and for your health.
Step 4:
Once labs are complete after your first session, you’ll return for another 90-minute consultation to review findings and develop your personalized treatment plan.
