🔖 Step 1: Join Our Priority Wait List

Membership at The Center for Ultra Health is capped — not as an exercise in exclusivity, but because truly exceptional care requires breathing room. We open new member slots only when we can serve them with the same standard we’ve built this practice on. As of June 2026, we have opened a limited number of new member spots, and our Priority Wait List is the place to begin.

When you add your name to our list, something important happens immediately: our team begins to learn about you based off of the answers you leave us on the online questionnaire. We review what you share with us, consider whether your health concerns and goals align with what we do best, and begin thinking about how we can most effectively meet your needs.

This is not a passive list you fall into and forget about. It is the beginning of a relationship.

We do our best work with patients who are ready to show up — people who are done accepting “normal” as an answer when they feel anything but, and who are prepared to invest in a level of care that goes far beyond what conventional medicine has offered them. If that describes you, we genuinely want to hear from you.

A note on fit: We believe the best medical care happens when there is true alignment between patient and physician. If, after reviewing your information, we feel that another approach or another type of practice would serve you better than ours, we will be honest with you. This process protects your time just as much as it protects ours — and we believe you deserve nothing less than candor.

📞 Step 2: A Complimentary 15-Minute Discovery Call

Not everyone who joins our wait list will be extended an invitation to a discovery call — and that is by design. Once our team has reviewed your information and determined that we believe we can genuinely serve your health needs, you will receive a series of educational emails to give you as much information as you need on your end to make an informed decision about whether we are a good fit for you.

In the event that we are a good fit for you too, we will extend an invitation to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call with either Dr. Christy or Dr. Michael.

This call is not a consultation, and it is not a place for medical advice. It is a focused conversation — a chance for us to hear directly from you about your most pressing concerns, your health history at a high level, your goals, and what has and hasn’t worked in the past. It is also your opportunity to ask questions and get an honest feel for whether our approach resonates with you before you invest any further.

By the end of this call, we will have a clear sense of whether Dr. Christy’s Foundational Care, Dr. Michael’s Functional Medicine Care, or our Comprehensive Longevity Care model is the right pathway forward for you.

• Dr. Christy Arthur — If you are looking for an exceptional primary care experience rooted in concierge-level access, executive physicals, and comprehensive preventive care, Dr. Christy is your anchor.
• Dr. Michael Arthur — If you have a primary care physician you’d like to keep but are seeking a functional medicine expert to investigate root causes, interpret deeper labs, and address hormonal and metabolic concerns that haven’t responded to conventional treatment, Dr. Michael is your guide.
• Not sure? Book with either doctor. We find that many of the patients who thrive most in our practice are those who ultimately discover that what they are truly after — lasting energy, hormonal balance, metabolic resilience, and real longevity — is best supported by the coordinated care of both physicians together. We will always be transparent with you if we believe that is true in your case.

🩺 Step 3: Initial Consultation — Valued at $499

Before your Initial Consultation, you will complete a few comprehensive onboarding questionnaires and forms. Please do not rush through them. The more thoroughly you share your history, your symptoms, your concerns, and your goals, the more productive — and frankly, the more powerful — your first visit will be. We read every word.

Your Initial Consultation is scheduled for up to 90 minutes with Dr. Christy or Dr. Michael.

This is not a rushed intake. This is an unhurried, dedicated deep dive into your full health picture — your labs, your history, your lifestyle, your hormones, your metabolism, and the goals you have for your health and your life.

By the time you leave this appointment, you will have:

• A clear, honest assessment of where you currently are
• Initial testing recommendations tailored to what your history and symptoms indicate
• A roadmap for what your care looks like going forward — and what to expect

🌿 Step 4: Ongoing Care — Annual Membership

Membership at The Center for Ultra Health is a 12-month commitment — and we chose that structure deliberately. Real, lasting health transformation does not happen in a single appointment. It unfolds over time, through consistent partnership, careful monitoring, honest conversations, and a physician who actually remembers your name, your history, and where you’ve been.

Below, you will find the three membership paths available at our practice. We encourage you to read each one carefully. If you are unsure which is right for you, trust that we will guide you — it is one of the things we do best.

Dr. Christy’s Foundational Care membership is your anchor to primary care the way it was always meant to be — attentive, accessible, and genuinely thorough. This membership is ideal for women who want a trusted physician who knows their full picture, stays ahead of their preventive care, and is actually available when something comes up.

This membership is best for patients seeking exceptional concierge-level primary care with a physician who takes the time to truly know them.

Dr. Michael’s Functional Medicine Care membership is for patients who are ready to go deeper. If you have been told your labs are normal while you feel anything but — if you are navigating unexplained fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal dysregulation, hormonal imbalance, or metabolic concerns that conventional medicine has not been able to resolve — this is where root-cause investigation begins.

This membership pairs seamlessly alongside your existing primary care physician, as Dr. Michael is a specialist and does not provide primary care.

This membership is best for patients who want to uncover the “why” behind how they feel and work with a physician who knows how to dig deeper.
