 UltraMIND utilizes Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to help you overcome your limiting beliefs and barriers that hold you back or prevent you from living your best life or experiencing your best health.

Your belief systems are often NOT even at the level of your consciousness, but rather reside in the subconscious. At this level, such subconscious programming is pervasive and drives vicious cycles of thinking as well as behaviors like overeating, binge eating, worrying, smoking, and drinking. These beliefs can even cause physical symptoms like chronic headaches, pain, and IBS symptoms.

These thoughts are what we call “limiting beliefs”

Once upon a time, you may have had very good reasons for installing these beliefs–even when the beliefs are potentially hurting you or holding you down.

Perhaps these beliefs arose at a time when such thoughts helped you to cope, but as time has moved on, these beliefs have become limiting or harmful.

This is where RTT comes in!

Through advanced hypnotherapy, we can safely access your subconscious mind to discover the source of your limiting beliefs. Just as functional medicine looks for the root causes of disease, RTT helps us to identify the root cause of our beliefs, thoughts, and feelings.

Once we can identify this deep-rooted belief system, RTT uses neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other specialized tools developed by master therapist, Marisa Peer, to interrupt those thoughts and begin to replace them with better-suited, empowering thoughts and beliefs.

It’s truly a transformative process to see patients gain confidence, love themselves again, and move beyond barriers in their lives.

It’s humbling to see anxiety wash away, depression lift, and IBS symptoms lessen as patients begin to heal from the inside out.

RTT is called “rapid” tranformational therapy because it’s just that.

As little as 1 session can help with phobias, fears, and some addictions like smoking. At most, 2-3 RTT sessions can heal more deeply ingrained patterns of behavior and looping thoughts that have held you back for years–or even decades. RTT can be very effective for depression, anxiety, weight and eating issues, as well as physical issues like IBS.

RTT is contraindicated for patients with seizures, history of seizures, or any history of psychosis.

How do I get started with RTT to achieve my UltraMIND?

Call the office to fill out a simple survey and schedule your free 30-minute discovery call to determine suitability.

If suitable, you’ll schedule either a video OR in-person RTT session for 1.5 hours.

At the end of your RTT session, we will record a personalized transformational recording.

For 21 days after your RTT session, you listen to your meditative recording daily to continue the healing process.

  • Listening to your personalized tranformational recording daily is important to your overall success with RTT.
  • 60% of healing occurs during the RTT session itself.
  • The other 40% of healing is in ongoing care with your daily recording!
  • Some issues like phobias, self-esteem, smoking can be transformed after 1 session.
  • Other issues like depression, anxiety, IBS, may take 2-3 sessions.
  • Following your session, you will have after-care check-ins via phone, email, or text to ensure that you are making progress.
  • If further sessions are deemed necessary based on follow-up, we’ll advise to make a return appointment for another RTT session. 

I love RTT because of its effectiveness!
